Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime up to 24-hours in advance of your appointment start time. You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee when the appointment is canceled less than three (3) hours before the confirmed appointment. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not email Boyd Mobile Notary & Loan Signing Services to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full scheduled service fee. **We may decline to notarize if the signer is confused, not fully aware, not coherent or responsive, under the influence, or does not have proper ID. The associated appointment fees are due even if the notarization cannot be completed.
